The 100L Steam-Heated Lifting Vacuum Emulsifier is supporting equipment for producing various paste products such as ointments, cosmetics, skin care products, and creams.

Unique two-way stirring: the inner and outer paddle stirring can be set to switch timing; the stirring speed can be adjusted through a frequency converter, enabling diverse material mixing to promote material fusion, especially achieving more uniform distribution of trace elements, with a maximum viscosity capacity of up to 100,000 mPa·s. The whole machine is made of SUS316L/SUS304 stainless steel with precise structure. The pot cover adopts hydraulic lifting, which facilitates access to the interior of the pot for maintenance and allows machine inspection in narrow spaces. The reasonable scraper design prevents damage to the inner wall of the pot caused by long-term operation of the scraper, while ensuring excellent heat exchange between materials and the jacket.
